Ward 10 is bounded to the north by the Canadian Pacific railway, Tenth Line West and Winston Churchill Boulevard to the east, Highway 407 to the west, and Eglinton Avenue West to the south. Ward 10 is the wealthiest ward in the city, with the median household income at $116,000, which is $27,000 higher than the city’s median. Ward 10’s racialized population is 75 percent, higher than the city’s average, and nearly half are South Asian. Sue McFadden is the city councillor representing Ward 10. She was first elected in 2006.
